I have read in several places that Seth MacFarlane based Stewie's voice on British actor Rex Harrison. I think Stewie sounds nothing at all like Rex Harrison. He DOES however sound a lot like Noel Coward. Maybe Mr. MacFarlane confused the two actors.

Paradise is exactly like where you are now, only much, much better.

I can hear both. If you've never seen the original My Fair Lady, watch it. Stewie sounds a lot like Rex Harrison in that movie.
