Fantastic film, any think of 'Abouna' while watching it

I am aware that Abouna isn't a widely recognised movie, I myself wouldn't have seen it if it wasn't part of my curriculum, but has anyone else seen both Abouna and Bullet Boy and think that they are VERY much alike, (down to the hanging on the goal post scene). Even though the movies are dealing with two very different issues they both 'feel' the same IMHO.
