What Happened? (Spoilers)
Warning Spoilers below:
I saw the movie on TV up to the part where Marie was killed and then I lost power.
What happens to the rest of the charchters?
There was quite a bit more to the movie, so I'll try not to ramble and have this make sense (if it doesn't - I apologize)
Freddy - turns out he was killed from the metal piece, he later starts to become gooey and break apart.
Jessie - makes it out...She gives in to her psychic abilities to learn that the bad male ghost (Jacob) was a child molester/murderer. The nurse (female ghost) gave her life to keep him from escaping. Jacob has been inhabiting the bodies of the dead to be able to escape.
Alan - Meg's brother, makes it out
Arlo/Dynamite Jones - makes it out
Meg - was dead all along and possessed by the ghost of the nurse to help the kids, and to prevent Jacob from escaping again.
At the end, Marie comes back after them and impales Kevin allowing Jacob to possess him. Jacob credits Jessie with giving the ability to stay solid longer and for the thrill of the pain of being alive (she joined with him trying to teach him to be afraid of life - didn't work). Jessie, Alan, Arlo and Meg are digging out, the exits to the mortuary were barricaded, when Meg starts to get slippery. Alan looks at her in fear/sadness. "Meg" says that she was never meant to leave with them, and lets them know that the real Meg was already dead when she (the nurse) possessed her. Alan gives her the gun. Jacob/Kevin has her in front of him in a choke hold. She shots through herself and into Alan. Ending shot of the two ghosts - Jacob saying he'll escape, and the nurse saying "Not on my watch".
Like I said you missed a lot. I'm sure I missed a lot, but that's the highlights.

okay please help me out. i started watching the movie right when that one guy has a ple thru his head... like i know it sounds weird but like as soon as i turn on the TV it is right at that part can you fill me in on what happens at the beginning?
shareOk - it's been a little while now, since I watched it last, so I may mix it up a little.....Also, not sure exactly what spot the scene is that you start on.
Jessie is home waiting for her halloween phone call from her mom. Her friends show up to take her out. They convince her to join them. They go to the haunted hospital for fun. One of their friends had gone earlier to help set up the "haunted" hospital (of course not realizing it was true). He dies of course, which you find out later. You see various scenes of them being scared by the fake stuff, but there is some "real" haunting stuff going on too.
Meanwhile, Meg's brother Alan is trying to find her. He knows/figures out (not sure which now) that Meg went to the hospital with her friends. He tries to recruit Arlo, their father's old partner, to help. (Also in the beginning you see Arlo as Dynamite Jones in some old "b" movie, he does this trick of lighting a match and kicking it to his enemy - which you see him attempt later in the movie). Arlo doesn't want to go in, but he waits outside. Alan finds Meg, she cuts him to make sure he is really her brother, and not one of "those things". She tells him all her friends are dead, and that the hospital is really haunted. Alan and Meg meet up with the other kids (can't remember who is still alive, and who is already dead at this point). She explains that they can't leave the 3rd floor and about how the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. I don't remember who "turned" when the gun was fired, but Arlo hears it, and that's when he enters the building.
Again, sorry if I haven't covered it all, it has been a while since I watched.
