Nice guys finish last, the jerk gets the girl, girls get the wrong idea of men and declare ALL men are pigs.

Women are so ignorant. They are only familar with good looking guys who are idiots. Nice guys ALWAYS finish last and never get the girl.

It makes me so angry how women think its acceptable to say all men are sex craving monsters. How about you dumb b!tches date the lesser looking but respectful and considerate nice guy?

Whatever. Let the women date the idiots and get the STDs they want.

To anyone reading this topic who can relate: Don't worry, college is a lot better. Women are a lot smarter and more approachable. Women need to screw up a lot in high school to realise the obvious.

A final note, to the women. I know deep down you all hate yourself and have zero to little confidence within yourself as you constantly put down your appearances and thus need an arrogant jerk to feed off of, but maybe you should look into a mirror to see real beauty and do things like pick up a book.

Btw this movie was hilarious. I love how they displayed those messy joints on a pool table. I felt no sympathy for all the girls who got STDs they deserved it.

The nice guy doesn't always finish last. Yes when I was in high school I did date some of the cool "bad" boys, but I also dated some good guys. But most girls grow up a lot more once they get into college and realize who the real men are. I met and married my husband in college. And honestly he is one of the few honest, nice and decent men left. Even though most girls realize the difference in guys once they get to college, some don't. Everyday in my classes, I see these girls wearing clothes to small, hair and makeup is all done up when in reality you're not spending thousands of dollars to meet a guy, you're there for an education. And most of the guys wear their pants baggy half way down their butt, baggy t-shirts, etc. College in a way is better than high school, but really I'm about to graduate and can't wait b/c there's to much emphasis and hype on college. It isn't what it used to be 10-20 years ago. I think it's ridiculous when I hear people say that "high school is the best years of your life" or "college is the best years of you life" because really neither are. You haven't even lived half your life when you graduate college. By saying "college is the best years of your life", you're essentially saying the rest of your life is downhill after graduating, when really a new phase of your life is just beginning.

Hang in there good guys! There are many women out there that notice the good guys and not the bad. I did and I love my husband more than life itself.

I'm very happy to hear that and a lot of what you had to say is true and makes sense.

All I'm saying is I think many women have an entirely wrong perspective of what men are. The good looking jerk more often gets the girl. After dating a series of these sort of guys, the girl typically then becomes a man hating femnist lesbian.

I'm joking to an extreme of course, but they're plenty of smart and respectful guys who more often then not finish last. It's made me very bitter in the process of finish high school, but yeah college is probably better then high school.

Another comment about this movie, I think its so pathetic and very accurate to life how in the movie after the girl screws up she goes back to the nice guy. Girls like having that nice guy friend they turn to during serious times but would never date. When crap TRULY hits the fan, they finally consider it.

I swear, it takes a complete and obvious disaster for women to become enlightened most of the time.

High school girls aren't women, except in the technical biological sense.

And your obvious anger at them them is not attractive at all. You don't SOUND like a "nice guy." Maybe the girls you know can tell that you really DO think they're "dumb bitches", which, btw, is not being respectful AT ALL.

I hated Nick Hartman, but you make him look better. .

So, do you fit into the jerk category as well? Because the outrage here, and I've heard similar ones, aren't NICE at all. But I agree all girls, but given the movie and that they're still learning a lot - especially young girls, should pay attention to the kind people who are there for them. I felt really bad for the nice boy in this movie.

I liked the nice boy in the film. My HS boyfriend was one of the nice guys. I had friends who liked the "bad boys" but I never felt comfortable with those guys. I married one of the good guys too.

incredible attitude to have. i'm sure it's because you're such a nice guy that girls don't like you.

fact is, most of the "nice guys" who complain about finishing last don't finish last because they're nice, it's because they're passive aggressive whiners who lack any sort of attractive personality traits. sorry, you're not actually being nice, you're still trying to get in your best friend's pants, you're just going about it with a different method - one that happens to fail more often than not.
