sorry, major spoiler

BOOOO! The two bad guys killed each other and the good guys stood around doin nothing. Very anti heroic and very anti climactic. I was somewhat disappointed in this ending.
Other than that I thought it was suspensful enough to keep me guessing untill they showed us that Elisabeth found only one ticket.
Hey, Why didn't Liz goto the bathroom with the "sister"? If I had captives I think I'd keep my eyes on them better. I'm very pleased that James was down there waiting for her.

To clear up a thing or two--Jamie was not the Norris' adopted son. He was the son of wife Kathleen Norris from when she was 16. My guess he was out of wedlock at that time and there is nowhere in this movie about this guy being adopted by the Noris family. I know the description of this movie says he is adopted but watch the movie and you will see this

i also realized that the description states that he is adopted by the norris family, even though there is no indication of it. my guess about the adoption is the same as yours: the description misuses the words "adopted son" when it should really say "the son that was given up for adoption". i figured that jamie was given up for adoption by kathleen because she was young and unmarried when he was born, just like you said. that would explain why a different guy was able to pose as the real jamie, yet the family wouldn't notice the difference between their looks.

i read the description before i watched the movie, so it left me confused about the adoption issue. i missed the beginning of the movie, and i wasn't sure how much was explained prior to the point that i started watching. so after the movie was over, i couldn't understand why kathleen would mistaken an imposter to be her own son. i kept thinking, "how could she not remember that her son doesn't look like this guy? did he leave home when he was like 5 years old?" most offspring don't leave home until late teens. and since most people retain their appearance throughout their teens and twenties, it made no sense to me how a stranger was able to pass as their son. then i thought about it more and realized that baby jamie must have been adopted TO another family rather than BY the norris family, and then it made complete sense how any caucasian male around his age with the same hair and eye color could show up at the norris' home and pass as him.
