Was she some kind of prima donna?

From IMDd trivia:

Olivia de Havilland did not take part in this documentary due to her not wishing to be involved in any of the 50th anniversary celebrations of Gone with the Wind (1939).

Just wondering...

I question the wording of this "trivia."
Miss de Havilland spent most of the decade of the 1990's (and years beyond) taking care of her son, who had (and eventually died from) Hodgkins Disease.
During this time, she also helped take care of her (ex) second husband, who lived in Paris.
From what I have read, she was just putting her family before other factors in her life.
She has always spoke well of her involvement with GWTW and considered "Melanie" a high point of her career. She did give an interview some years later; and is still receptive to the media.
It just seems at the time that GWTW turned 50, she was too busy with other things.
