Who killed Celia Steimer?

To me it looks like it was Andrew Prior and not his wife Penny Prior he thinks it is his mother tells him to do it (his being god-fearing man). He is mantel disturbed marrying his “mother”.
That's way he was arrested not his wife. He is not protecting his wife, it could look like this but its not. Any body thinks differently?

No it was definitely Penny who pushed Celia over the balcony. It is only in Andrew's sick mind that he see her as his "mother". Penny thought Andrew was having an affair with Celia, after she found the photos Jonathan took, she thought they were Andrew's. Andrew mentions to Paul that there was a misunderstanding between them. He was trying to set up Paul, then took the fall for his wife (who was obviously also mentally troubled - she had OCD, which isn't really explored much in the movie - you will notice after she finds the photos she is madly scrubbing the house wearing disposable gloves)

While on Penny, I thought that Miranda otto was the only bad thing about this movie (2nd billing for 20 minutes of film?!)

She gets 2nd billing because she's a real hot babe. ;)
And real famous, worldwide, these days.
Just like Audrey Tautou got TOP billing in The Spanish Apartment even though she's hardly in it at ALL.

It was not the wife killer? Why was not arrested instead of her husband?

Interesting, I didnt think about this scenario. I just took it from what was on screen and put the death down to a lack of communication
