Sounds exactly like "Win A Date With Tad Hamilton"

I just heard the commerical for this movie on the radio and I couldn't believe how alike it is to the new film coming out, "Win a Date w/ Tad Hamilton." Both are about a star who's career is on the rocks and his manager/agent wants him to clean up his image by having a contest where the prize is him. The star falls in love with a regular girl, but there is another guy who is also in love with the girl. And even the movie titles sound alike. I just find these similarities kinda funny, and that both are coming out around the same time, although "Ryan Banks" is a tv movie.
