I want to know who dies and how because i want to know if i can let my younger brother watch it because he gets freaked out in horror films, but he likes the action so i just want to know hoe bloody everything is

There are a lot of bodies that get torn apart, sometimes with blood literally spraying out of arteries and veins. People have limbs shorn off and heads and faces get seriously mangled. Plus, there's an obscene amount of fish blood/body parts.

Everyone dies except for the Medical Examiner and the chick who had a crush on him?? Big surprise?

The only person who shouldn't have died was the pain in the culo Dan (the layer)
