Source of Lung Problem.

Perhaps they shouldn't smoke.

Though it did appaer that Colin Farrell's character passed on his illenss to Selma Hayek's ( curing him. If that is possible.) and killing her off at the end.

I did notie that sometime in the begining of the film he coughed up some nod from his lungs, and so did Selma while getting ready to go to town to go to the movies.

Strange, I thought.

Perhaps it was something in the dust.

Salma was already ill when Colin met her.
It was pneunomonia.
Some people can withstand it.
As for his cough, that's smoker's cough.

I've not read the book, but If I recall, she had said that Sammy had TB, and she was angered when Colin's character replied he was going to die, in reality she had the TB and was upset with his view on surviving TB.

I believe Sammy had TB also, but didn't succumb to it as yet.
