If anyone in the Abq area is interested, they've been filming about a block away from my work, on 4th and Montano (at the KFC) and last night they filmed at a local park. Keep your eyes peeled, although I heard filming would be ending mid-December.

No Salma hayek doesn't have a part in the movie. Salma Hayek is filming "After the Sunset". Josh Lucas is in "Around the Bend".

My husband works on Montano at the Tech Center and saw all the cars and trailers parked down the road from Fourth and Montano...he did a double-take when he thought he saw Christopher Walker strolling by as he drove up by 4th and M...couldn't verify, but there are ATB stickes with direction arrows on all the light poles in the area...as far as I know, they are still doing fill-in shooting..they really do a lot of movie filming in NM--we also saw them filming ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING just a few miles from our ranch last year...probably because the East Mountains look exactly - I MEAN EXACTLY like Tennessee---maybe someone will want to do a shoot on our place! That would be cool!
shareThe house they filmed it in is owned by a good friend. He's spent the last decade restoring the house, and its listed now as a national historic site. Ironically I found out about it after running into Christopher Walken in an airport lounge over Christmas break. He mentioned he was returning to NYC (same flight) from Abq, and through the course of discussion we hit on the house. Very small world sometimes.
