forgive my ignorance but what is this movie about? the abby singer i knew was a first assistant director at columbia pictures in the mid 50's. i'm guessing the title is just a coincidence..please let me know..thanks

The Abby Singer you know is famous for a film term meaning the second to last shot of the day on a film set. The final shot being the Martini. This film is about 2nd chances.
