Painting over wallpapaper

How is the next owner supposed to get rid of wallpaper that's painted over? I think that that is really cheating.

I would never buy.

Prerequisite to purchase would be for the seller to take off both paint and wallpaper. Leave the room blank, that's fine. Don't leave me with your laziness and bad design choice.

After you made them do all of that would you lowball the hell out of them and then ask for buyers assistance. You buzzards make me sick!
