do buyers not realize the that furniture is leaving? I see many of the potential buyers complain about the nick-nacks, furniture and drapes, chances are the owner is going to take that stuff with them. I even had my wife complain about it when we were house hunting. I guess I see what the place COULD be, even if involves removing wallpaper. The house i am about to close on, is a great house except for it having 1 1/2 baths and no TUB, but I wasnt going to pass up a home for a 2000 dollar tub install.

I thought you were asking if Tanya's carpet matches her drapes.

I think they tell the prospective buyers to focus on the furniture and knick knacks. Because that's all they talk about.
