What did Atia do to Servilia?

Atia captures rival Servilia and has her chained in the cellar. The two exchange insults and Atia promises to torture Servilia slowly.

We then see a slave from the back removing his undergarments as he walks towards Servilia, then kneeling on the ground, then the camera pans away. Slaves in another room recoil as they hear Servilia scream.

I'm supposing that she is being raped, then tortured ''slowly''?

When we next see her, Servilia is hanging from the ceiling by chains and her face is bloody? But the next torturer doesn't rape, he is using some iron grips and is asked to ''cut her face''?
