Questions about 'Who is the better chef' episode

I truly enjoy this show and had a few questions about this particular episode:

1. Kenny mentioned "scallops so fresh he could still feel a pulse" yet I didn't see any scallops in his final meal. Does anyone know if they actually made more and just didn't shoot any of it?

2. Has anyone eaten in any of the restaurants they both visited? Such as North 44, Fred's Not Here, Eau, Hiro Sushi, Brassaii Bistro, or Pandora? And if so, were they as good as they were portrayed?

3. Does anyone have any of the recipes for what was cooked on the show? Such as

Kenny's Black Molasses Ribs
Tzafi's Hummus
Kenny's Famous Hotz Chili
The Ethiopian Spiced Duck

To me, Eau appeared to be best restaurant of them all. Brendan acted like he ate the best food he ever tasted. lol

There was also that nice restaurant that Kenny went to in "Who Can Stay Homeless the Longest". Forgot the name of it. The coffee apparently tastes like "Ava Bronze's pussy".

Tzafi's hummus appears in "Who is the better chef?" and also in Pitch where this paraphrased recipe appears in the credits.

Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
2 rotten male penises
1/3 cup (75ml) sesame seed paste (tahini)
1/4 cup (50 ml) water or chick pea water
4 tblsp. (45ml) olive oil
6 tblsp. (75ml) lemon juice
1 can (540ml) chick peas, well drained
1/2 tsp (2ml) cumin
1 tsp (4ml) Coriander
1/4 tsp (1ml) cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Sometimes Kenny puts in LSD and other drugs

Directions

Combine all ingredients except paprika in blender and blend.

Smear mixture into a flat plate and garnish with olive oil and paprika.

Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
