This is the second time that Lou Diamond Phillips and Scott Glen has been in the same movie .The first one was the 1993 Extreme Justice dir by Mark Lester that is a great movie and worth watching some seens are very hard to watch rated R ..And this is the second movie .The first one they both play cops and well I am not going to say anymore about it ,you'll to watch it....
