i am still mad at this film
how could they kill lenny like that? i saw it on showtime earlier today, and i am still pissed off!!

40 minutes of it today though...what a heartbreaking

the writer of this movie Ken Miller is a family friend of mine. and the ending you saw is not the ending he wanted. It was changed on him by the producers or whoever. The ending he wanted was a twist in which Lenny's father was dead the whole time having died in the war, and Glovers whole time with Lenny was in his head and not real. Check it out on DVD and check out the alternate ending I like that much better then the sad ending that was made.

If this all was in his head the ending still makes sense, cause he had ordered her father to blow up a hut filled with Vietnamese children, so perhaps this was meant to hit him hard.
