Where is Nicole Panter? Not the Germs without her

This movie is awful on many levels.
Germs manager, Nicole Panter, apparently wanted nothing to do with this film after she read the script.
She wisely insisted she not be portrayed in the film.
I wonder if that is why the film makers deliberately made the fictitious manger character as an unattractive and unlikable person... as a dig at Nicole.
