It's not his wife. Its a girl he picked up at the function where he was dressed as Abe Lincoln. Just before we see them having sex we see that same girl and he flirting with each other.
He's taking the knife out of the Cheese!

oh. well i thought it was his wife or something. but then i think about it and her breats are alot better than his wife's. just making sure.
