Thanks to whoever put Hans Zimmer's score on YouTube.

Don't know if you're a member here but this is the best movie music ever but a soundtrack was never released for this the best film of the 2000s.

Agreed. I put all the tracks onto my iTunes yesterday and have listened to them four times since then.

I finally figured out how to convert not long ago. And when I did, and then remembered I had seen the music on YouTube.....I was thrilled because finally I could have this music. If I understand correctly it was never released. Not as a soundtrack/score anyway.

Yeah, it's not even available on Hans Zimmer's website or anything. I tried downloading bootleg versions from about four different torrent websites but all of the files were incompatible with my iTunes for some reason. That was until I thought of converting the YouTube videos into .mp3s.

As I was running around the internet, trying to find the score, I learned that there are actually two versions. The one that is on YouTube has a runtime of about 20 minutes, the other about 60. It appears that the YouTube one is comprised of selected tracks (since a lot of the soundtrack is repetitive) and the longer one contains the entire score of the movie. I would still like to find and download the longer version somehow someday.

Here are the track lists for the two versions:

Condensed version, titled "The Weather Man Expanded": http://www.hans-zimmer.com/index.php?rub=disco&id=569

Full version, titled "The Weather Man (Complete Score)": http://www.hans-zimmer.com/index.php?rub=disco&id=739
