Loved it

But only saw the last half on SBS...really want to see the whole thing!

Well, I'm not sure if you've heard about it as it's quite new, but there're something out in the stores called DVD's. Buy it and you'll be able to see which part you want as many times as you want. ^^

Replayed on SBS last night.
Was on my way to bed and saw the last 2/3rds of it.
Couldn't switch it off!

Weird that the review in IMDB suggests the pace moves along fast.
I take that as a subjective comment, if only for the fact that there
really is some well drawn out slow points in the pace...
just a few shots that held on long enough for me to think,
"you just don't get a shot like that in Northern American hollywood films" - as a general rule.

Overal - I'll remember this title -
and record it next time SBS (australia) runs it.

I saw it when it was released in France in 2005 and have been looking for a copy, DVD, VHS, whatever since then. At last, I've got it with English subtitles. It's one of my favorite movies ever. I love the direction, the acting, the lighting, everything. Such a powerful and moving movie. If Aksel Hennie ever reads this, congratulations, you're a very talented writer, director and actor! Keep on the good work.
