Of course we all know that the movie wasn't the best ever made; however the ending was crazy. I don't want to give anything away, but the ending made that movie way better than I thought it would be.

i am saying this as someone, that deeply loves this film: (spoiler) the ending was satisfying, but predictable. i don't think that it hurts the overall experience though.

I thought the ending was really REALLY stupid. The girl planned everything out, really?!
There was so much stuff that happened that was by chance that it really doesn't make any goddamned sense. She had to predict the exact moves of like 15 different people for weeks, I don't buy it. Also I love that she had to come up with this extremely elaborate plan to get Bon Jovi killed but she just simply shot the first girl and never got caught. Like what?
A really dumb ending to a really dumb movie. Not clever, not suspenseful. Just dumb.
I still remember being shocked by the last few minutes while watching it in theaters. Memorable for that gloomy ending alone even if the rest of the film didn't live up to expectations.

I don't care how good you are at chess, people aren't chess pieces and they move around on their own. She would have had to know everything about everyone and what they would do at all times, but you can't always predict that.
Plus I found a lot of the movie predictable as it was obvious they were playing some sort of joke on the main character.
