From the English guy I mean. I've not seen him in anything else, so maybe he took some lessons and improved massively to get the jobs he's landed since this, but I almost couldn't finish the film because of him.
shareI'm 20 minutes in and felt compelled to start a similar thread. The lead characters are uninspired and irritatingly "teeny", I'm almost lost for words at how abysmal it is.
Just to drive the stake in further it has a horribly cliché and predictable story, I'm not even half way through and I've already got a fairly solid idea of what is going to transpire.
Also I wish I could ring the necks of IMDB staff who rate these films. A 5.7 for this? Are you kidding me? I shouldn't be surprised considering how they rated Grave Encounters a 6, what an utter joke.
I've got the point where I don't even bother taking their ratings into consideration, nor Rotten Tomatoes, because they are both hopeless. Slamming decent, deserving indy films and then dick-riding, cliché-ridden, borefests.
Sorry about the rant.

If you can't even figure out what's happening in real life, maybe you shouldn't be so sure you've figured out the movie...
I dunno. I think his character was supposed to be a rather snooty, condescending, dry, spoiled British, rich kid which is exactly how he came across.

I was hoping he might summon up an emotion for the final scene, but no. He just stood there gawping with the same bland puppy dog look on his face.
