DVD vs HBO questions

Seemed to me there was a few differences, however, it's been awhile since I've seen the HBO (Canada) version. Help me out?

Was there a scene where Sophie chases the manuscript after Sugar drops it chasing the coach? It seems to be cut from the DVD version.

Sophie also says America tomorrow a few times, my memory is that the ending was left more open to conjecture, did she make her escape?... vs Going to America!
