From the cradle to Enslave video question

I first saw this video on www.youtube.com and loved it. I also realized that some of the clips are on the DVD that was released from the 2005 Paris performance, but the video isn't on the DVD. Why? I understand this video was when they were on their first label, but if it's legal reasons, why is even a screenshot featured on the 2005 DVD.

I would have to say, that much like why 'Scorched Earth Erotic' and 'Born In A Burial Gown' did not appear on their 2005 DVD, is becuase they were on previous Cradle of Filth DVDs.

Check out 'Pandaemonaeon' and 'Heavy Left Handed and Candid'.
