Compensation for the 'losers'?

Do the "losers" who don't make it to the boiling point get any compensation for having MTV waste minutes of their time?

Some people value their time very much and I think it would suck if these people get NO compensation for the stupid pranks.

And why is it that there's always only ONE person per each skit who reaches the boiling point?

While some of the show's 'losers' are probably relieved to learn it's a joke, after that they're left with nothing for their stress and lost time. Other than their brief time on TV, the show should compensate them somehow. Even if it is of a lesser value than $100, something should be given to the 'losers' for being good sports.

Usually they are compensated by something free from where the skit takes place it seems like. Because when it happens in a restaurant the actor always is like were buying you dinner by the way to the losers.

Yeah I think they get their meal for free, or get their pictures for free, you know stuff like that. It's probably like "well you didn't win the 100 dollars but let us pay for your food." Then they can tell people they almost won 100 dollars but at least got something out of it. Also i'm sure there are more people who win but they might put the best ones on the show you know? Also I am sure they don't do the skit to just 4 people, but I am sure some don't work out or they figure it out, or they just have to edit it for time.

They have to be given something to make them sign the release form. It's an easy lawsuit for the losers if there's no release.
