Applause

I saw this movie when it first came out and stood up after it finished and applauded. I was joined by about three others in a packed house. Imelda Staunton, perhaps known better for her humorous roles, was outstanding.

This was in Vancouver, Canada, so I shouldn't be surprised! We tend to stuff our feelings here.
