Hit men for pets?

I have seen every episode of the series (all four seasons) several times, but then I saw the movie and was sort of disappointed by the pet-killing scenes. It was funny enough, but not funny at the same time. I'm glad the characters are more respectful of life in the series. They made up for it by making Bubbles a kitty lover. :)

it is tasteless, which is probably why they don't do stuff like that in the show. But, at the same time, it's funny that they are such losers that they are pet hitmen. also, the cocaine habit is nasty and i'm glad they don't do that on the show.

i for one thought the pilot was way better.

I had no problem with them killing pets - they dont show anything anyways, and it was pretty funny too when Ricky couldn't catch that cat "You little f ucker". The cocaine habit....whatever, as Julian said its his life dont judge him!

I've alreay posted this is another thread, but I once read an interview with Robb Wells and he said that a fan came up not realizing the show is a mockumentary NOT a documentary and asked if the tp boys could "take care" of their neighbors dog...so perhaps the storyline was inspired by that idiotic fan.

but...the 1999 movie (with the pet hitman storyline) came BEFORE the fan, did it not? If the storyline had been inspired by a fan, what was this fan a fan of, exactly?

reply

Yeah. The only thing before the pilot was the short film Cart Boy.
