Doc + Tiger...(possible spolils)

At the Harvest party just before Tiger gets up to announce the end of the Methadone treatment...while Harry is Dancing like a bit of a tool......they share a look and im not exactly sure what it meant...

im not quite sure if i even saw it the first time i saw it but the more i watch the more it kinda confuses me....if tiger was beginning to think he was a tool that'd be the reason for him running after them at the end but his actions just prior to that, dont say that at all.....i dunno if any one can give me some insight, be much appreciated, cheers
