Why do they have a date of 2004 on this movie?



I distinctly remember seeing it in 2002, during the summer. I know it was 2002 because I was living in Denver, Colorado at the time.

and maybe I am misremembering. IMDB is usually correct about this kind of stuff. It sure seems like I saw this in my little apartment in Denver which would have been the summer of 2002. Who knows?

I know this is an incredibly late post but just to answer it for people who do happen to still view this thread...this aired in May 2004. I know I was out of high school when I saw it and I graduated in 2003.
