Should the Manson women be granted parole? Or should they stay in prison till the day they die.

by the pure law of the parole guidelines yes they should at least Pat and Leslie, they have met every aspect of the rules concerning parole, the only thing holding them up is the nature of their crimes. the name MANSON.

What do you think of Tex Watson, he has a clean prison record. Do you think he should be paroled?

I haven't followed him too much, but as far as I know he has met all the credintials of release, still it's the name. now if your asking me if I actually think he should be paroled, that I am not sure of,I'm torn between it. one part of me says, these people, at least Pat, Leslie, Tex and Bobby have all changed, and are reformed enough to be out, but then again, the did murder, and if their victims were my family, I try to think how I would feel. I would want them in there forever.

I doubt seriously that anyone of them would ever murder again though.

Did you know Manson follower Steven Grogan was paroled in 1985 after serving 16 years for murder?

yes and he was one of the most screwed up ones of them all. but he made a complete turn around, and from all info has stayed straight and hasn't gotten into trouble....soo...it does go to show.

Let's see. They were part of a deadly home invasion murder where knives were the main weapons. They also terrorized their victims before their deaths. Oh, not to mention they helped murder a woman that was fixing to give birth, so no, I don't think they deserve parole. Everyone seems to think Leslie Van Houten is less guilty as the other ones, but what she did was just as bad. You don't get a second chance at life after you have participated in something that horrifying.
