I do believe it was supposed to be 2003 and when she was passed out she envisioned her future so it was supposed to be 2013. At least that is how I took it. They never said any years to my recollection (I just finished watching it on Lifetime). Early in the movie Sam tells her they met on Christmas Eve ten years ago. She wakes up at the end of the movie to Sam finding her and I assumed that after the movie ends they are supposed to get married etc and her life goes like how she dreamed it while passed out.

It's always 2003. While she is unconscious in the Jaguar, she sees a vision of what her life would be like in 2003 if she had met him in 1993. Then they do meet when she wakes up.
