Such a great movie.

Great script! Great actors (especially Nancy McKeon)! But I didn't like the ending at all. They could finnish it thousand times better.

Me, too! Tonight is the first time I've seen it. I've never seen "Family Man" but "Comfort & Joy" reminds me of "Mr. Destiny" in many ways. That's another one I can watch again and again. It's a great message about appreciating what we have, though C & J took kind of an opposite approach in "creating" your newly appreciated future.

I think there are similarities with Family Man, but remember that his glimpse into the alternate reality with Tea Leoni was in the past -- so those kids who were so cute and funny will never get to be, and his life with her (even if they do get together) will never be what it was because they would be getting together at another time in different circumstances. Comfort and Joy is just happy because she goes into the future for her glimpse into what could be, and so the end is just the beginning of their life together.

I own Family Man, but never watch it start to finish -- too sad. I have pieces that I watch because they're so wonderful. This movie, I don't own yet (it's on my wish list) but I could watch it from beginning to end (over and over).

I wish McKeon would do more, too. I wonder what she's up to??

I LOVE this film! :) Do any of you know if Nancy McKeon has done any more Lifetime/Hallmark movies since? I've looked online, but I haven't been able to find any. ?? I've caught a few tv roles she's done, but I haven't been able to find any other movies.
