Season 2; Frandsen and Anne

The love affair between Frandsen and Anne does not seem to fit to their respective characters. Neither is Frandsen the type of guy to betray his wife, nor is Anne the type of woman to have a relationship with a married man (whose wife is dying of cancer, by the way).
Any thoughts?

English is not my first language. Any corrections are welcome.

I completely agree!!! There was just something odd about watching Frandsen and Anna develop a relationship. I'm not one of those people who think she should have got with Michael, but why did the writers think that a middle-aged man whose wife was dying ought to pair up with someone so young? Companionship is legitimate, I can understand he's going through a lot of pain, but romance... sigh...

The pair were too incompatible, I just felt more disturbed than the pity I am sure I was meant to feel for Frandsen...

By the way, your English is fantastic : )
