Halgrim's visions

Am I the only one who thinks that Halgrim should seriously consider getting brain scans/MRIs? Not only does he frequently nod off and have disturbing dreams about his past, but he has waking visions of his ex-girlfriend; visions that include tactile experiences. That is just not normal.
