Do the bad guys EVER live?

Honestly, this is something I have noticed about this show. Every bad guy (and one bad girl) so far has met their doom. There should be a drinking game and "drink the whole bottle" will be reserved for the time that the bad guy is just arrested and put away at the end.

Yeah, I noticed too. The show is four for four in killing the bad guys/girl. And, from the preview for the next episode, it looks like the bad guy will die as well. I wonder if they'll ever let the bad person live. I guess we'll just have to continue watching to find out.

The arsonist woman died in childbirth (and was dying of leukemia, anyway) so it's not like Creegan killed her or something, but yeah, she did die. I hadn't really thought about it, but it doesn't bother me...not yet, anyway.

Oh, you can't do that with a ping-pong ball!!

It doesn't bother me either. It was just an observation. It almost seems like they all meet their doom. Creegan hasn't killed any of them, it seems like it was just fate.

The last guy was killed with the question in the air of whether or not he even did it. He seemed to have a "problem" with reality, but he didn't seem to be a killer. I wonder if they will revisit that one.

My previous post made more sense before I tried to fix something that I had worded wrong and ended up making it worse instead of better. I meant to say that no one killed her, not that Creegan, specifically, didn't. I knew that Zjelko Ivanek's character in the pilot got shot in the head. For some reason, I am drawing a complete blank on the other two episodes! I like the show and yet I have no recollection of the other cases or how the people died. I cannot understand why! I tried looking at the guest appearances credits thinking the names would ring a bell, but that didn't help.

I have a couple of theories about Carver.

1. He was mentally deranged instead of "evil". He was a serial killer, but he wasn't the same kind of killer as the others. He didn't know right from wrong. That is also why I think Lynn died at childbirth, she was the way she was because of mental problems following tragic events in her life. I think that's why she died of natural causes instead of being "offed".

2. Carver wasn't the central bad guy of the story, therefore he wasn't the one we had to focus on being brought to justice.

Just a thought.

Krakauer lived. He pretty much lost everything, but he didn't die.
