Is the "new" season a no-go or has it been delayed?

I have downloaded the first 6 episodes of the "new" 14th season, and am halfway through the 2nd. They are repeats.

No new eps?

They've shown 4 or 5 new episodes already. The first was a precap of what they'll be showing this season.

If you're downloading torrents, Depending on where you get them, the seasons are wrong.
I think it has something to do with the british seasons being different lengths, Or the DVD running order or something. There was a post on here about it a couple years ago.
Just go to EZTV.

Failure is not an option, Rocketmen, reddit special and volunteer special are new episodes from this last season. Not sure about any others, as I haven't seen them
