They couldn't but a camera in the truck?

Yeah, there were a few shots of Adam in the truck at Alameda, but while watching it I was wondering why they couldn't put a second one in the cab pointing out the windshield.

As that great philosopher Bugs Bunny said, "Something tells me I shoulda stood in bed."

unless it was transmitting its video, there wouldn't have been anything to see, anything it would have recorded would've been destroyed in the blast, along with it and the entire truck, would've just been a waste of money, more destruction for destruction's sake

Blast? Are you talking about the cement mixer? I stated "the truck at Alameda", the one that plowed through the representations of the myths through the seasons.

sorry, yeah, I did get the trucks mixed up, I wasn't paying much attention to where they were

and beyond the sun glare someone else mentioned by Purk, since Adam stated that beyond a point, he couldn't see, due to (cardboard) debris 'sticking to' the shields, not sure how much good a camera would've been

yes, Chris-Au, I'm sure you've never made a mistake in your life

I did read the question, I just thought he meant the cement truck, if he'd added something to the effect of, 'so we could see another angle on the cars flipping away and the props being smashed through,' I would have realized which he meant

I clearly stated "the truck at Alameda". It was clearly shown in the show the cement mixer was NOT at Alameda. I'm sorry I didn't spell out every single little detail for you. I had assumed stating the location, which was clearly not where they blew up the cement mixer, and the fact that blowing that much explosives across the water from San Francisco would be a bad idea were enough to tell which truck was which. I'm so sorry.

I don't live anywhere near that area, sorry I'm not an expert on its geography, Alameda versus the cement truck site

frankly, I never noticed or cared where the runway was, it was just a runway to me, didn't matter where, other than that it was within reasonable driving distance from the shop, if anyone had ever asked me where it was, I wouldn't have been able to answer, as that was a detail I never bothered to remember about their activities there

There was a forward facing second camera inside the cab, above and to the right of Adam, but because of glare from the sun the camera mostly showed the inside of the cab. There were two forward facing cameras outside the cab, one behind the driver's door and one above the wedge, but early in the sequence both were destroyed.

Musta missed that. Thanks for the info.
