This movie is wierd as heck!
Not finished yet but this movie cracks me up - especially the house afire...

Everything is symbolic in this film. it's suppose to feel like a dream like state in which is everything including time is moving right past Caden. While he is obsessing over his own misery and excuses to enjoy life time is just passing him by hoping that he will get someone to just care about him and tell him the right way to live life. I won't spoil how it ends, because this movie is meant for you to interpret what you saw in your own experience watching the film.
im curuous to know what you think of the film after you finish it. the fun part about this film is listneing and reading everyone elses interpretations on it.

If i had $1 everytime i had no clue what was going on, id ask people why they were giving me dollars
Well, there are those obvious things - like the fire - that could theoretically have meant that he's in hell. He could have died when he jumped after seeing Hazel with her husband.
I guess I didn't do any big interpretation, I just enjoyed the film - I took the ending as it was sort of that he was living the entire time and then died.
But really he could have been dreaming, could have been dead most of the time.
I guess I could put more effort in but for now I'm going to leave it alone.
If you read my other posts, I usually think quite a bit - lately I've been busy though. I also just found the movie very enjoyable without dissecting it, so I didn't.
