Jersey Shore cast made me stay away...

...but I finally watched the film and was pleasantly surprised. Moe ends up knocking the hell out of them. Sean Hayes was great as Larry. His voice was right on. And was glad to see him get top billing during the end credits.

There is no "off" position on the genius switch.

What else would you expect but pure silliness from usually almost smart Moe looking like his brain grew three sizes? I don't watch MTV and never saw one episode but this was one of the epic scenes. Well you also have to keep in mind that since this is modern Stooges, there isn't logic involved in anything even in riffing on the times.
