^ This. Other one would be The Matrix, when Cypher is eating the (virtual) steak.

I'm in total agreement with byakkotai. Tampopo all the way. In fact, Tampopo reminded me of Ratatouille on some levels. Both movies are both wild, witty, occasionally madcap comedies that are all about one culture's love and appreciation for good food, the pride chefs take in their work, and one character's passionate desire to become a great cook. Plus the food in Tampopo (in this case noodles and other Japanese food) looks delicious both in the kitchen and on the plate.

Tampopo is not currently on DVD in the U.S. You'll either have to look for a bootleg DVD or download it online (and bear in mind that it is not kid-appropriate). But if you can, you must see it.

Pulp Fiction when we see the Big Kahuna burger. It looks SO good when Samuel L Jackson picks it up. It really does look like "a tasty burger".
