Incomprehensibly bad decision making (spoilers)

So many things in this movie don't make sense. Why would Tracy need or want to go to the drug deal? I understand she is fearful of losing the money, but everyone who invests in an illegal enterprise is afraid of losing the money. Everyone doesn't go to the actual drug deals or whatever. If trouble ensues, what exactly would she be able to do to help solve the issue? The filmmakers make her useful when trouble does ensue, but that, of course, was just an unrealistic contrivance. Realistically, no reasonable person would go to that drug deal. Also, I understand that The Jockey recently retired but does he not have any muscle to call on to protect him while investigating what Steven is doing? And who takes a nap in an insecure location in that situation? There are many more incomprehensibly bad decisions made by the characters (and the filmmakers by extension) that I could mention but you get the point.

I don't have anything to contribute. Still waiting to see this. Kind of hard to find here in the States.
