Absolutely terrible

Cheap, unrealistic special effects abound - as someone else said, use of stock footage would have been better. Poor acting, with characters you really couldn't give a monkey's about.

I did lol though when the twister followed the van around a curve in the road. Ha!

Cheap and nasty Twister rip off. I realise this was a TV movie, and as such it didn't have much of a budget, but even so, it could have been better if it had spent longer on characterisation, background story, and used stock footage.

Did I also mention that Devil Winds (lol) is boringly predictable, and oh yes, it has the mandatory 'educated' English accented British villain.

Well, at least DW had it's funny moments.
