The Upstairs Apartment

Hope this wasn't mention already on another thread... and i'm too lazy to go through the threads right now. but, when she went inside the upstairs apartment, there was alot of water, the apartment was flooded in fact. how in the hell was it flooded and no water went under the front door, and down the hall? what? how could that be possible? its weird. its like the water went nowhere but, stayed in its spot!!!

that part to me in the movie made no sense at all. the director of the movie problemly thinks that the viewers are all morons or something. but, it just made the movie even more ridiculous!

It's a good point.

But I guess we just have to be abit silly in this aspect and just assume that since the "dark water" is paranormal anyway, it has something to do with the control of the water so that it only affects whatever happens inside the apartment than outside it.

But there was actual water. I mean, yes, it was being controlled by the paranormal (Natasha), but it was real water, not just "hallucinated" water.

I myself was wondering, when she opened the door and it looked like there was a good foot of water in the room, how come we didn't here it all come rushing out into the hall. I really expected it to....

If you can believe in ghosts in a movie , then you can believe in strange acting water in a movie.

Nah. Its one thing to withhold disbelief about the paranormal in a horror movie. Its another thing to conveniently ignore the laws of physics just because. And if we are to assume "haunted" water can stand in place and not flow like normal water then wouldnt that freak out Dahlia as soon as she opened the door and saw it NOT flowing out the door but standing there like its being held by some invisible damn? But she wades right into it. And so does the super. Its definitely a mistake.
