ok so im on one of the russian missions, where you have to clear out all 5 floors of an apartment building, so i killed everybody on 4 of them, but it says theres one floor left, i was searching for about half an hour and theres like now way to the top floor, so does anybody know where to go?

Every floor is accessible. I haven't played in over a year, so I'm not sure exactly where the staircases are, but just poke around.
Actually, since this thread is over a year old, I'm hoping you already found it
LOL, yeah I just beat the game yesterday and I searched for that top floor for like 20 minutes before I tried t jump from one balcony to another and fell to the ground. I actually got lucky and survived the fall and landed in a ditch that led to the basement. So yeah, the basement is where you need to go and you can only get there by going back outside.
