i watched it mainly for Ichi, but that one guy who likes to twist people up was pretty cool, but a bit too much like Kakihara. Not so much as a character, just the way he was presented felt very Kakihara, but unlike Kakihara, he got a taste of Ichi's madness.

The story was pretty good but it just looked so low budget. The acting was a little irritating at times, and the setting seemed very dull. A great effort though. And i'm sure i'll watch it for a few of the more memorable scenes.

I don't like this director too much, but perhaps he'll do better in the future...also the editting in a certain few areas was sort of questionable (2 girls on bikes being followed by 3 guys on bikes, it has 3 cuts that felt very very very out of place).

This movie sucked big time! The acting was bad, the story was thin and the whole movie just looked like crap. The kids at my old high school made better movies than this. And the movie wasn’t funny, that’s what I liked about the first one, the dark twisted humor, but this movie didn’t have any of that. It was just a big waste of time.

I enjoyed this movies a lot. The film never took itself to seriously. I liked the running joke about the 3rd film in a series.

Totally agree with you fulcizombi. I think this movie rules, and the appereance to be low budget just adds a more real violent tone to the film. "Unglamorised" violence I'd say. As for the plot, I thought it complicated enough and very thrilling, at least in terms of understanding a very sick dude like Ichi.

This movie sucked harder than any movie I ever saw. The acting was HORRIBLE, the blood and action was fake. It looks like a little kid went to school with mommy's camcorder and asked people to pretend. Even the kids in my film class had made better movies with more realistic acting.

I rented it since I enjoyed Ichi The Killer. It was alright I guess, but not that great. The baseball scene was disturbing. The main problem I had with this movie though was the fact that there were no teachers at the school. I can't believe not one teacher stopped any fights at school. 7/10

Lol I was thinking the same thing, I'm pretty sure the only adult in the entire movie was the karate instructor.

one of my only gripes about this was the lack of teachers, lol.

that and the fight choreography.

Brian, there's a message in my AlphaBits. It says "OOOOOO".
Peter, those are Cheerios.

And no cops or investigators came to school to investigate the killing and fighting.

I also thought it was an ok movie.
