When April goes and takes all of Bams T-shirts to give away, it looks like it's different t-shirts that she actually hands out, because they are in sealed bags and all look the same whereas the shirts she pulls out of the closets are all different colors.

Is it possible that she really didn't give away Bams shirts after all ?

If that's true it would seem that part of the show was scripted just to see Bam get all pissed-off...for show apparently, since he would know that his shirts weren't really given away. And if that really was the case, why not do it for real ? For a true response ?
