I am currently watching Episode 3, Season 2 "Fat Boy Face-Off"
Where Vito and Phil go head to head in some challenges.
In the final challenge, they have a quiz show, Vito competing for his truck, Phil competing for April's China cabinet

Ryan Dunn is outside smashing things on the cabinet
But after Vito answers the question "What is the capital of New Jersey" a shot is shown of the entire cast lauging, and Dunn is shown sat next to Bam? (Time 13:34)
Does this show the smashing of the cabinet is pre-recorded? Fake?

I'd say it was more like Dunn was outside and then came inside as next it was Glomb destroying Vito's vehicle and Ape's cabinet.
