At Last! Even Mani Ratnam takes an Inspiration!!

Yes!! The story telling was very much Inspired/Ripped Off/Copied from Amores Perros (The Classic).

Oh please! As if no other movie in history has done multiple story tracks that converge and coalesce at some point. This story-telling technique, called hyperlink cinema, was likely first used by Satyajit Ray for his film Kanchenjunga.

Also in Amores Perros, each track takes the overall story further. However, in Yuva, once the tracks coalesce, they largely move together. There are obvious structural similarities but the two films are so massively different from a thematic and plot perspective, you simply cannot use words like ripped off or copied. "Inspired" is also questionable since Mani Ratnam is just as likely to have been inspired by Kanchenjunga, as he may have been by Amores Perros.
